Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Conditions:

  • If the card is misprinted from anywhere like Name, Logo or QR etc.
  • If the QR is not readable on the card.

In both cases you have to send us the item back to our address and once we receive the items we will issue you a refund in 5 working days. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.

Partial-Refund Conditions:

  • If you are still not satisfied due to minor scratches on card.
  • If you are not satisfied with the minor colors difference.

In both cases we will issue you a half refund in 5 working days and we will block your card permanently.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • If there are minor  scratches on the card. Because they may occur naturally during testing or printing.
  • If there is minor color difference. Because it might occur naturally due to your design and our Printing machine color compatibility.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your easypaisa or bank account, within a 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact on whatsapp(+923311115395) for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
