Bulk NFC Business Cards for Companies: A Buyer's Guide

Draft for editorial review: facts in [brackets] need confirming before launch.
Short answer: a smooth company order comes down to four decisions made before design starts: which material each group of staff gets, what goes on each person's profile, who collects the staff details, and what happens when someone leaves. Settle those, send one clean spreadsheet, and a team order of 20 or 200 cards runs like a single order.
This guide is for HR, admin and marketing teams arranging NFC cards for staff, branches or events in Pakistan.
1. Decide who gets which card
Most companies don't give everyone the same card. A common split:
| Group | Typical choice | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Directors, partners, senior sales | Metal (black, gold or silver) | Premium feel for first meetings |
| Sales and business development | PVC, full colour | Durable, matches brand colours exactly, most affordable |
| Front desk and branches | Google review card or standee per branch | Each programmed with that branch's own review link |
| Event and exhibition stands | Social / WhatsApp card | Quick follows and chats at the stand |
Single-card prices are on our price list. Bulk orders are quoted on the card type and quantity.
2. Agree one master design
Corporate cards should look identical apart from the name and title. Approve one master design for each material, then only the personal fields change.
Send us: - Your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, SVG or PDF) - Brand colours (hex or Pantone codes if you have them) - Any brand rules from your marketing team, such as logo spacing or fonts
We prepare the mockup, and nothing is printed until it's approved.
3. Collect staff details in one sheet
The biggest cause of delay in team orders is staff details arriving piecemeal over WhatsApp. Use one spreadsheet with one row per person:
| Column | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Full name (as printed) | Ayesha Khan | Check spelling with the person |
| Job title (as printed) | Regional Sales Manager | Keep titles short |
| Card material / colour | Metal, black | |
| Mobile | +92 3xx xxxxxxx | Will appear on the profile |
| +92 3xx xxxxxxx | If different from mobile | |
| Work email | ayesha@company.pk | |
| LinkedIn URL | linkedin.com/in/… | Optional |
| Profile photo | ayesha.jpg | Same style for everyone looks best |
| Delivery location | Lahore office | If you have several sites |
Privacy note: only collect what will appear on the profile, and get each person's agreement to publish their number. A work number is a sensible default.
4. Plan the profiles, not just the cards
Each card opens that person's digital profile. Decide on a company standard: - The same company buttons on every profile, such as website, head-office location and a company brochure link - Personal fields for each person: phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn - A consistent photo style: plain background, similar framing
Profiles can be updated later without reprinting. Profile updates are included for 2 years from activation.
5. Plan for staff changes
People join, change roles and leave. Agree on these now: - Role change: update the profile. Reprint only if the printed title changes. - Leaver: the profile can be updated or pointed to a general company page, so a former employee's card no longer sends clients to them. Confirm the process with us when you order. - New joiner: order single cards on the same master design at any time.
6. Branch review products
For multi-branch businesses, each branch needs its own Google review link. A Lahore standee shouldn't collect reviews for the Islamabad branch. Send a list of branch name, address and review link, and we programme and test each product with the right one.
Brief branch staff on Google's rules. Offer the card to every customer, never reward reviews, and don't set review targets. See Google review rules for businesses.
7. Delivery and timing
- Design approval usually takes longest. Allow time for your marketing team to sign off.
- After approval, cards are printed, programmed and tested before dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of confirmation. Custom designs are dispatched after approval, and large quantities may take longer, so ask for a date with your quote.
- We can deliver to one office or several addresses. Tell us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery charge.
8. Get an accurate quote
Send these five things and you'll get a firm quote quickly: 1. Card type(s) and approximate quantity for each 2. Your logo 3. City or cities for delivery 4. Your deadline 5. Whether you need branch review products

FAQs
Is there a minimum order? No. Single cards are sold at shop prices. Quantities above that are quoted.
Can each employee have a different card material? Yes. Many companies order metal for senior staff and PVC for everyone else, on matching designs.
Do we see every card before printing? You approve the master design. For large teams we also send a list of names and titles to check, because spelling mistakes are the most common reprint reason.
Can you invoice the company? [Confirm your invoicing and payment options for companies, then add the answer here.]
