These terms apply to orders placed with Digital Business Card GZ Pvt Ltd, Office 2, 3rd Floor, Galleria Plaza, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad ("we", "us"), through smartvisitingcards.com, WhatsApp, phone or email.
1. Products
We sell NFC business cards (PVC, metal, wood), NFC review products (cards, standees, plates, coins), social media NFC cards and related products. Product photos are representative. Printed colours, wood grain and metal finishes can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are shown on each product page.
- Delivery is Rs 149 per order anywhere in Pakistan unless we confirm otherwise, for example for several delivery addresses.
- Payment is cash on delivery unless we agree another method in writing.
- Bulk and corporate prices apply only when confirmed in a written quote.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details and the link to program. We can decline an order, for example if a link appears to break the law or a platform's rules.
4. Designs and approval
- For custom designs, we send a mockup. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, links and logo use in the mockup. Mistakes in an approved mockup are not covered by free replacement.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us.
5. Programming and links
- We program each product with the link you provide and test it before dispatch.
- Review products open the review page you give us. We do not provide, buy or guarantee reviews or ratings. You agree to follow the review platform's rules, including Google's ban on incentivised or filtered reviews.

6. Digital profile
- Business cards include a digital profile with free updates for 2 years from activation. [Describe renewal: price, and what happens if not renewed.]
- You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile. We may remove content that is unlawful or harmful.
7. Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of confirmation. Custom designs are dispatched after approval.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We share a tracking number after dispatch.
8. Returns, replacements and faults
- If a product does not work on arrival, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will reprogram or replace it free.
- Personalised products made to your approved design cannot be returned for change of mind.

9. Compatibility
NFC works with iPhone XS and newer and NFC-enabled Android phones. Some phones have no NFC, or have it turned off. Every card includes a QR code for these phones. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every phone model, case or setting.
10. Liability
Apart from what is set out in these terms and what the law requires, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad. [Confirm with your lawyer.]
